The BMW Club Forum is an on-line, interactive message board system where you will be able to read, reply to, and post new messages.
The forum is split into several categories, including: For Sale & Wanted Ads, Technical Q&A, Discussion Forums and a Members Only area.
It has many features including threaded discussions, private messaging, picture uploads, avatars, smilies, e-mail alerts, and everything you would expect in a modern message board system.
To be able to make use of the message board, first you will need to register.
It is important to read the messages in "Forum How to..." in the "Welcome" category, and the FAQ BEFORE registering.
Registration is simple. Go to the forum and click on 'Registration' near the top of the page. All you will need to provide is your real name, a username of your choice, a valid e-mail address and a password of your choice. All other fields are optional and if you don't understand what they mean, you should not attempt to change them or make any entry into them. Just leave them as they are.
Once you have registered, the system will send you an e-mail with confirmation of your username and password, and a link to activate your account. You MUST ACTIVATE your account before you can log in. Failure to activate your account within 14 days means your account will be deleted.
If you do not receive the activation e-mail, it may be because you did not enter your e-mail address correctly, or your ISP is blocking our e-mails.
If this happens you can try registering again with a different e-mail address and username, or wait until your account expires, and then try again. We cannot re-send the activation e-mail.
After activation, you must log-in at least once every three months - failure to do this will result in the account being deleted on the assumption that it is no longer being used.
It is not necessary, at present, to be a member of The BMW Club in order to register but if you want to access ALL the forums and features, you will need to be a full member of The BMW Club.
Fully paid-up members of The BMW Club can upgrade their accounts via a link within the forum
