The Dept of Transport has launched a public consultation paper on the future of travel and transport in Ireland. 60 pages long and guess what, surprise, surprise, the word "motorcycle" or it's variants does not appear once. They're inviting submissions from the public (closing date for submissions: April 18, 2008)
MAG will be lodging a submission but it would really help if as many people as possible would have a look at the document online and make a brief submission, even if only to ask why motorcycles have been erased from the future transport policy of this country. The site address is
