These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

WE TAKE CREDIT CARD FRAUD VERY SERIOUSLY.

Any attempt to obtain goods or services by deception or to commit fraud by abuse, misuse or illegal use of credit cards, including, but not limited to, illegal charge-backs, will result in action being taken to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law. To reduce the risk of credit card fraud we reserve the right to refuse an order if the credit card transaction is not authorised. Additional security checks, including address verification and telephone confirmation, may be made to determine the authenticity of credit/debit cards or purchasers. These checks do not breach any of your rights but are merely to protect the cardholder and ourselves from fraud. Credit card information is held in a secure area by Barclays Bank and will never be released to any third party.

Payment
Payment must be made in British Pounds Sterling using one of the following methods:-

• On-line secure payment via Barclaycard Merchant Services, by Debit / Credit / Charge card.
  
  
• Personal or business cheque, bankers draft, building society cheque, or postal orders drawn on a UK bank or building society. (For Irish Residents, an Irish bank or Building Society)
  
  
• Debit / Credit / Charge card by telephone or post. Do not send credit card details by e-mail.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, UK Maestro. No surcharges are made for credit card payments.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your application for membership to The BMW Club, for a full refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to FREEPOST THE BMW CLUB, quoting your order number, within 10 days of application.
